RECRUITING SALES LOOKING FOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
1. Build a database of job resources (30%)
- Search for projects; Customers investing for 1 year or 5 years....
- Search for jobs within the Corporation's capacity to participate in bidding. 2. Meet and contact to receive work (40%)
- Make a contact plan.
- Conduct meetings with functional contacts such as: Project Management Board; Bidding Department; Department of Science of Corporations; Company…
- Receiving bids; Design, Construction volume to prepare estimates to participate in bidding. (Ensure implementation according to contact plan, Ensure job search revenue = billion/year, Search for many jobs in many fields for the Corporation to implement and expand capacity
Candidate requirements
- College degree or higher, major in Economics (business, marketing), Engineering, Construction.
- 03 years of experience related to business/marketing.
- Priority is given to having made bidding documents in the fields of civil, industrial, and M&E construction.
- Have good knowledge of the construction market.
- Have good and effective relationships with design company groups and general contractors.
- Basic English, good at reading and writing emails is a priority.
- Software skills: proficient in MS Office, secure work information.
