Work content:
- Operate / Set up / work on popular online platforms in the market such as Expedia, Booking Agoda,
- Manage OTA accounts provided by the hotel.
- Manage social network accounts to take care, solve, advise on selling rooms, closing rooms
- Takecare of guests staying and taking care of customers
Request:
- Basic computer skills.
- At least 1 year sales experience
- Know about OTAs (Booking, Agoda, Traveloka, Expedia, Airbnb...), hotel management skills and software will be trained when taking a job and during the working process.
- Good conversational English.
- Friendly and enthusiastic with customers. Hardworking and honest in work.
- Received additional training in receptionist skills.
