- Build and manage customer data with transaction needs about the company's plastic products
- Act as the focal point to receive, process, and synthesize customer needs, information, and feedback, and provide customer care before, during, and after sales.
- Capture and synthesize customer customer service information through reports from sales staff, updating to the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales department to develop business plans and coordinate sales implementation according to the business plan
- Draft and store documents, forms, contracts, quotes, make orders and coordinate delivery to customers.
- Coordinate customer orders and urge customer debt collection.
- Compile data and business reports as required.
