Job details
- Exploiting and searching for customer information from many different channels to build a customer system;
- Directly contact customers to introduce and advise on study abroad programs and courses;
- Support customer care during the application process and after studying abroad / courses;
- Formulate short-term and long-term development strategies periodically (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) and directly handle related works;
- Coordinate with Marketing department to plan and implement customer attraction programs.

Working time and place
Hours: Full-time: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Working place: 159 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 15, Binh Thanh, City. Ho Chi Minh.
