• Responsible for ensuring business targets on e-commerce platforms allocated from the company.
• Directly manage designated e-commerce sites and set up intuitive, vivid interfaces that ensure the brand's standard criteria and create attraction and ease of use for users.
• Plan, coordinate and directly implement business strategies, all advertising and marketing activities to develop business and brand from the e-commerce platform in charge to increase reputation and brand and product reliability for customers.
• Directly consult, close orders and take care of customers to develop sales and best service quality for the brand.
• At the same time, periodically collect customer reviews and feedback to make timely strategic adjustments on the e-commerce platform.
• Learn about the market, capture information related to competitors, customers' tastes and consumption trends, synthesize content and regularly update management immediately to ensure business goals.
• Receive and process feedback from customers and report information related to sales and market.
• Monitor demand, plan sales to have appropriate supply estimates to serve the business.
• Make weekly, monthly and quarterly work reports to the Director.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Director
