Create concepts and ideas, make proposals and budgets, give recommendations/advises on marketing, advertising, strategy, and how to better manage work.
Searching for information and images for the proposal making process.
Direct project management helps the plan be executed in the best way.
Working group
Together with the Team to build development strategies, project costs, participate in brainstorming.
In charge of making Action Plan, controlling time, monitoring the schedule of steps in the project.
Supervising and coordinating related departments during project implementation.
Assist superiors in coordinating with other departments, customers, contractors.
Proactively propose to the team leader new ideas for the client's campaign, or problem-solving direction when detecting signs of imminent problems for the campaign or customer relationship.
Report directly to Account Manager.
Candidate Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in advertising and event management companies.
Having basic Planning & Strategy knowledge, ability to research information, and grasp market trends.
Having in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, ideas, organization and implementation.
Understanding of branding, marketing, communication, event organization.
Flexible, willing to learn and update new technologies, new trends.
Ability to manage risk, time and negotiation.
Have aesthetic taste, creative ideas
Fluency in English is an advantage.
Proficient in using: Word / Excel / PP
