[Tan Phu - HCM] Telesale staff at Ho Chi Minh City - Thang Máy Thái Bình

MISSION
+ Make phone calls to potential customers to offer company products/services (customer data provided by the Company);
+ Consulting and answering questions for customers;
+ Record and store customer information on customer management software to build a customer database;
+ Promote promotions, attractive service packages of the Company to customers;
+ Conduct customer evaluation surveys on service/product quality. From there, record customer feedback to improve services/products;
+ Building customer relationships based on customers' wishes, advising the sales department to close the sale;
+ Receive and handle situations/complaints in a timely manner;
+ Support sales staff and related departmental staff to achieve business goals;
+ Report to superiors on work progress and results achieved during the week;
+ Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

RIGHT
+ Salary: Negotiable;
