- Receive information and orders from customers from the CRM system.
- Contact and consult, answer questions of customers via text and phone.
- Closing orders and placing orders on the system
- Coordinate to make a List of Customer Information to transfer to the warehouse department to complete the orders on schedule.
- Follow up the order journey, promptly handle the orders that have not been delivered.
- Understand the sales process, information complaint handling process including product exchange and return process.
