Cold worker assembling molds (Knowing how to operate CNC milling machines is preferred) (EXPERIENCED)

- Know how to operate CNC machines
JOB DETAILS - Clean the mold
- Assemble, cool, and polish the mold.
- Welding, cooling, and mold repair.
- Make machine parts as required.
- Comply with good implementation of labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, and 5S in assigned activities
- Ensure correct sequence of mold assembly and mold opening
- Management of machinery and equipment
- Read and understand mechanical technical drawings
- Understand clearly the structure of the mold and the operating principles of the parts on the mold.
- Record and promptly report incidents during production.
- Experience in assembling plastic molds (CNC operation is preferred)
- Collaborate with the head of the improvement department to improve work efficiency
- Support other stages as required.
- Record daily work reports at the end of each shift.
- Perform some other tasks as requested by superiors
