Job Description

  • Looking for sources of goods, products with good prices, satisfactory quality.
  • Find reputable partners, long-term cooperation.
  • Build a list of potential suppliers
  • Submit to the head of the department for review and approval
  • Continuously monitor the market, capture information on price movements, suppliers that meet the company's purchasing criteria.
  • Compare supplier prices with market prices
  • Planning purchasing as required, making orders, contacting suppliers.
  • Receive delivery documents, purchase information in coordination with accountants
  • Send receiving information to the head of the department and warehouse for inspection.
  • Enter information about suppliers and products into the software system.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers

Request:
  • Male/Female: from 22-35 years old
  • Education: High school graduate, college/university majoring in business.
  • Computer skills: proficient in using office software.
  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the same position
  • Experience and knowledge in the restaurant and hotel industry is an advantage
  • Diligent, eager to learn, agile in work
