• Caring for current and potential customers (Account Executive support)
• Drafting quotes, contracts and related documents
• Check and report the results of project implementation in charge.

In addition, the following are the specialist's responsibilities:

Responsibility 1: Working with customers

• Get requests from customers (briefing meeting) (Customers from the Company's Marketing source).
• After the customer meeting, receive the Clients Brief from the customer, then work with the Leader or Branch Head to adjust and finalize the Brief before sending it back for written confirmation with the customer.
• Develop Plans and Solutions to convince customers
• Present the plan to the customer.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with customers.

Responsibility 2: Project guidance and handover

• After signing the Contract, the AE begins to provide instructions so that the Account PM clearly understands the customer's situation.
• Gradually hand over work, supervise & support Account PM within 1 month.
• Coordinate with Account PM and Marketing department to hand over project information.
• Continue to monitor and support Account PM when future problems arise (if necessary)
• Start spinning with new clients and new challenges.

Responsibility 3: Finance:

• Collect the first payment from customers after signing the contract.
• Track Customer implementation and payment progress for effective salary calculation.

Responsibility 4: Customer management and development

• Understand all of your customers, to have individual business plans by Month and Quarter.
• Actively search for Potential Customers.

Responsibility 5: Support

• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
• Participate in supporting the company in internal activities
• Support Junior Account and all teams in the company when required to find new customers and participate in presentations.
