Job details:- Bid and monitor bidding results
- Monitor PO/Contract signing
- Draft and check orders/contracts, discuss with customers about the terms of the Contract
- Support Project Manager, Accounting with Contract information to do quantity and payment
- Market research, customer and competitor surveys
- Organize business development activities through direct mail / telemarketing / direct attendance at Networking events
- Organize meetings and presentations/demonstrations to introduce the Company's services and products
- Organize/participate in customer care events
- Establishing the Company's customer database
- Participate in the preparation of bidding documents
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers
