Assist in reviewing sales contracts to ensure on-time delivery on signed contracts.
Receive, check sales orders and process sales orders until delivery to customers.
Send and update order confirmations to the sales staff/sales department.
Weekly updates on the file to track the status of all orders
Check and prepare all documents related to the signed contract for customers
Follow up and send notifications: Payment request, delivery notification...Payment tracking
Coordinating with the accounting department on the issue of invoices and payments
Handling customer complaints about delivery time, quantity of goods, documents.....
Plan and arrange inland transportation to deliver to customers
Handle inventory control on ERP system.
Send a request for a delivery note
Other tasks assigned by superiors
