Plan, create and build communications-related content for the company. These contents include press releases, presentations, public speeches, and notices to officers, managers, and leadership at the company.
Responsible for drafting communications-related documents, conveying information about the company's products and services to everyone. This information may be circulated internally or externally. In addition, responsible for producing content and posting it to the company's Facebook fanpage or other social network accounts, and managing content for the website.
Communicate information and internal cultural values of the company to employees.
Analyze communication goals and audiences for the company, coordinate with communications/marketing departments to plan and come up with ideas to implement communication programs and strategies.
Maintain and establish relationships with the press, contact the company's brand ambassadors to easily exchange work.
Take charge of handling communication crises. In charge of notifying relevant parties, preparing content to promptly reassure customers or correct information to protect the company's brand image
