- Develop and implement communication plans for the company by month, quarter, year and each campaign.
- Manage brand image on the company's Online & Offline communication channels: Owned channel (website, fanpage, youtube...) Paid channel (Google ads, Facebook ads, Youtube ads...; Earned channel) (Press channel, Group fanpage, forum, partner website, POSM...)
- Create ideas for content/images... and deploy content on channels you manage: Write PR articles, product introductions, video scripts, landing pages, advertising content, Facebook posts, articles SEO...
- Analyze, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and plans on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
- Develop ideas, content, scripts, budgets, plans for each program, event, including detailed work items: check-list, action plan...
- Presenting to customers about the detailed plan in the program, working closely with guests to ensure the program is implemented as required.
- Coordinate with departments: content/design/production to execute the program according to requirements and script.
- Follow the progress and take responsibility for each item of the program
- Participating in building and managing event staff
- Directly supervise and coordinate the implementation of the event
- Make evaluation report after each event
- Handle other tasks as required by the Board of Directors
