Job description:
Implement sales plan by day/week/month to ensure business goals
Find customers, make friends, offer products through online channels: Facebook, Zalo, Vchat, e-commerce platform, Hotline
Approaching, consulting products and selling to customers through online channels: Facebook, Zalo, Vchat, e-commerce platform, Hotline...
Receiving and processing orders (from receipt of orders until goods are delivered to customers)
Follow up customer feedback until the customer agrees to receive the goods and pay
Maintain, create relationships, take care of old customers and expand new customers
Update and report daily/weekly/monthly sales results to direct manager
Receive comments from customers about products, purchase process, report to management and propose solutions and plans to improve difficulties and problems encountered in the sales process.
