Airline ticket consultant:
General requirements for candidates:
- Directly perform consulting work, answer information, quote, book, issue tickets and items related to service requirements of customers in the field of aviation within the scope of responsibility through the form of face-to-face, email, phone, follow-up to the end of the journey for designated customers
- Analyze and process customer feedback and update new information to consolidate knowledge and ensure service meets requirements.
- Dealing with customer complaints (if any)
- Continuously find ways to continuously improve customer care activities.
- Update the price policies of airlines, promotions, new flight routes to advise and set up itineraries at the request of customers.
- Participate in meetings related to partners (domestic and foreign) when required.
- Support the team in related requests when assigned, in accordance with the functions and duties of the consultant.
- Coordinate with other departments in the Company to properly implement the working process.
- Make reports as assigned and assigned by the Manager.
