Job description
- Contact customer consultants on assigned data sources (available data, customers need).
- Care and maintain long-term relationships with customers, before - during - after sales.
- Interact and answer customers' questions via phone, zalo, ...
- Participate in supporting Online/offline events to increase customer relationship.
- Working only at the office (not going to the market - not looking for customers).
Job requirements
- Have a personal laptop to support work.
- If no experience will be trained.
