Job description
- Calling customers according to available data to consult via email / phone / Facebook / Zalo to consult services and arrange an appointment for examination and consultation at the clinic.
- Coordinate with Customer Care and Marketing departments to implement Customer Care, Gratitude, Consulting programs at branches
- Work with product development team to build products/services that best meet customer needs.
- Work with the manager to actively seek out opportunities to develop new customer groups.
- Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor activities and potential in developing business products/services.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Consultant, Telesale.
- Sociable, agile, good communicator, able to analyze and handle situations well.
- Sharp thinking, ability to learn and think deeply about problems.
- Active in work, with a high sense of responsibility.

- Hard salary: from 7-10 million / month + Bonus according to sales. Minimum total income: 15,000,000 VND.
