1. JOB DETAILS - Make calls or directly advise and introduce products to customers and suppliers.
- Answer questions from customers if any.
- Manage customer information and update on database system.
- Build a good relationship with customers by best responding to customers' needs and handling complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with employees of other departments to achieve business goals.
- Working in teams, ranging from 5-10 people/group, with the direct support of Team Leader.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Females aged between 20 and 30 years old are unmarried or have no problems with children.
- Diligence, honesty, hard work.
- Have a personal laptop
- Good communication, easy to hear voice.
- Willingness to learn and progress at work.
- No experience required.
- Candidates with experience, interest in sales, insurance/financial consulting, telesales, customer care is an advantage.
