Consulting and supporting customers on sales support software to ensure customers understand the features and benefits of the product.
Conduct Demo meetings to propose software solutions (Website, App, POS, ..) suitable for customers' needs and make phone calls with customers to answer all questions about products and services. .
Make suggestions and suggest improvements and software development (Website, App, POS, ..) to improve customer experience.
Quotation, Contract signing and customer support Payment,
Consulting and implementing service upgrade procedures (upsales/cross-sales)
Job requirements:
Experience in software consulting or sales support is an advantage.
Knowledge of sales support software and similar applications.
Good communication and persuasion skills, the ability to listen and understand the needs of customers.
Ability to work independently and in a good team.
Time management and prioritization skills.
Attention to detail, patience and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of sales methods and customer relationship management is a plus.

Guaranteed salary range from 5,000,000 to 15,000,000 depending on experience level (Acting Business consultant/ Business consultant/ Senior Business Consultant)
Sales staff are promoted to Sales Leader when 3 consecutive months of achieving sales KPI.
