WORK CONTENT:- Answering questions and supporting customers through channels: hotline, chat about Casper's refrigeration products, electronics, home appliances, and different service packages
- Handle other customer care tasks (if any) as requested by management
- Perform other tasks to support operations as requested by superiors
WORKING HOURS: rotating shifts from 7:00 - 21:00; 8 hours/day; 6 days/week (3 time frames: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 1pm-9pm)
WORK LOCATION: Casper Office, 31 Tran Dang Ninh, Cau Giay, Hanoi
