Job:

• Receive customer calls, answer questions, and advise on the Company's products
• Support and guide customers to return and warranty products.
• Work entirely on the company's software and computer network systems.
• Timely updates on the system: customer information, consulting status,...
• Fully participate in training courses on products and skills in handling situations that arise when consulting customers.
• Work 6 days/week (Sunday off)
• Working address: 1st Floor, Bach Viet Building, 41 An Nhon, Ward 17, Go Vap District, HCMC
