JOB DESCRIPTION
- Working with customers to provide Recruitment services at the request of Customers or Managers;
- Attract potential candidates through job descriptions, job postings and high-quality career consulting services;
- Screening, interviewing and approaching potential and suitable candidates for vacancies at clients' companies;
- Arrange and organize candidate interviews according to customer requirements;
- Ensure the speed and results of recruitment are delivered;
- Develop new customers;
- Building relationships with customers;
- Responsible for providing high quality services to customers and candidates;
- Advising clients on the human resource market or other information related to labor regulations;
- Follow up with customers on the recruitment situation and support if customers have requests;
- Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.
NEEDED SKILLS
- Experience in sourcing candidates. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position.
- Good sales skills;
- Confidence and effort;
- Understanding of trade and HR market;
- Good presentation skills;
- Good verbal communication skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- Good ability to work independently and in a team;
- Intermediate English writing, listening and speaking skills;
- Able to work under pressure.
