JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure enrollment targets, convince potential teachers to enroll.
- Take care of potential parents, proactively monitor the status of feedback, provide information and professional services through all channels: directly at school, Facebook, Website, email...
- Timely handle all enrollment documents, from student admission applications to invoices, confirmation letters... with a professional manner
- Prepare student and parent cards; Notify relevant teachers and provide student records and other important documents so teachers can be prepared when new students are about to enroll or enroll.
- Directly support the Manager in making enrollment reports and reviewing and updating the existing and potential parent database;
- Support direct Managers to review enrollment effectiveness, develop and implement effective enrollment plans;
- Support students in taking admission tests and scheduling interviews appropriate to the student's age and education
- Record, update and review all questions, test results, tours, admission registration, etc.
- Regularly receive feedback from parents, record changes in parents' opinions or preferences and report to the direct Manager;
- Regularly approach and refer to the websites of rival schools to update the department on new moves in the market and propose countermeasures;
- Actively participate in the process of reviewing and adjusting annual admission policies and processes, ensuring the effectiveness and competitiveness of admission policies and processes;
