Processing
- Plan goods and price strategies monthly and quarterly for the brand's e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and operate sales activities on e-commerce channels (Tiki, Shopee, Lazada,...) including: Checking images and content changes to suit the booth theme and each marketing campaign, optimize products, process and track orders on the system, update prices, check and manage inventory to ensure sale days.
- Communicate and work directly with specialized units of e-commerce sites (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki,...). Follow & participate in the floor's campaigns.
- Manage, monitor, and report revenue, profits, and periodic costs from e-commerce sites.
- Pull traffic to the floor: set up advertising, plan sales, analyze and optimize indicators: Click rate, conversion rate, cost/revenue
- Manage livestream operations, booking and building KOL/KOC teams
- Consulting and introducing customers to product and service prices based on customer needs. Resolve customer feedback and complaints.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superior management.
