• Receive contact information from customers, quote prices, place orders and track orders until completion.
• Prepare order documents (economic contract, handover record, acceptance record, VAT invoice, etc.)
• Coordinate with debt accountants to track and collect debts.
• Follow up and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Other jobs as assigned by superiors.
