- Searching, negotiating and persuading customers to use JT EXPRESS's services

2. AREA MONITORING
Manage and supervise the entire operation of the management post offices (
Delivery - receipt of goods, no warehouse breakage, loss or damage of goods, COD hug, ...).
- Ensure sales target according to assigned targets. Make a plan to achieve goals, deploy for Post Office staff.
- Categorize customers according to the generated sales criteria. Set up approach to each type of customer.
- Be responsible to the Board of Directors for staff management at the Post Office (Recruiting, training, fostering, dispatching, arranging personnel, stabilizing personnel, ...)
- Market development, customer search, customer care. Handle complaints from customers quickly and promptly.
- Collect information about customers and market competitors.
- Responsible for solving arising situations in the Management Area.
- Implement, monitor and implement the Company's Regulations.
- Report activities of the Post Office to management and departments as required.
- To be jointly responsible before the Director for the issues of assets, materials, tools, and finance under the Management Area.
- Make a work plan for the Post Office to manage the most effective stars.
- RM: MANAGER 1 - 2 PROVINCE (10 - 15 POST OR MORE, CUSTOMIZE).
- SUP: MANAGE 4 - 7 POINTS.
