Developing and maintaining a close relationship between the company and its partners, building a care system and process to bring satisfaction to partners during the cooperation process.
Manage and develop customer partnership plans and strategies to grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage the status of cooperation and operation between the company and its partners as well as handle problems arising in the process of cooperation between the two parties.
Search, expand market and develop customer network.
Report the results of client partnership activities
Job requirements:
Experienced in developing and managing client relationships.
Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving and consulting skills.
Enthusiastic, agile, careful in handling documents and procedures related to client partners.
Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of customer partner management strategies.
Have a sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team
