Job description
- Regularly update and promptly report to the department head.
- Create good relationships with customer representatives and ensure that all complaints and feedback are recorded and resolved.
- Proactively handle assigned tasks within allowed capacity.
- Report to the Head of Management Board on issues related to building operations on a daily basis.
- Make plans to purchase materials and equipment to serve building management;
- Expand relationships with residents and customer care.
- Together with the head of the department, develop policies, regulations, procedures, and work instructions related to the operation and management of apartment buildings.
- Transactional relationships with government agencies (departments, branches,...) and external partners related to the field in charge.
- Monitor the use of allocated equipment and supplies, have plans for reasonable, economical and effective use.
- Receive and process/resolve comments from organizations/individuals using the apartment building and utility facilities attached to the building.
- Together with the head of the department, participate in selecting and training the building management and operation staff.
- Manage and operate all building activities under the direction and supervision of the Head of Building Management Board: ensure the building's technical system operates safely and effectively; Ensure the Building Management Board operates professionally and effectively. Increase the Company's brand and reputation among customers.
- Monitor and supervise the work performed by personnel at the project
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Head of the Building Management Board.
- On behalf of the Head of the Committee, handle work and sign documents when the Head of the Committee is absent.
- Other assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements
- Have knowledge in the field of management and operation of buildings, factories, offices...
- Competency in computer skills, internet searching, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as community software applications.
- Have a high sense of responsibility at work and can withstand high work pressure
- Have knowledge about real estate business
