Job Description

  1. Managing clients and maintaining relationships with project clients:
  1. Managing Customers Projects the company has.
  2. Introducing NERO Paint products to projects.
  3. Exploiting relationships to offer projects, introduce Paint products of NERO Paint Company
  1. The project implementation plan includes:
  1. Review the actual work against the signed contract.
  2. Prepare the project's budget costs and submit them to the General Director for approval.
  3. Making project implementation schedule (purchase plan, production, installation on site), ensuring to meet the committed schedule according to the contract.
  1. Organize, implement and supervise the work of the project according to the plan:
  1. Work with stakeholders to resolve issues that arise. Negotiate, negotiate with customers, related parties to implement plans to solve problems / arise / change according to the direction of the Company.
  2. Control the quality of the project through each stage, according to the process to ensure the handover of the project meets the quality and schedule commitment. Coordinate to solve project problems in terms of technique, progress, quality,...
  3. Carry out repair, acceptance, handover and settlement of works with customers.
  4. Manage project budget throughout the project implementation process
  1. Develop policies, procedures and advise the Board of Directors:
  1. Advising the Board of Directors to handle issues under the function of the Project Management Department
  2. Complete department planning and decision-making processes to ensure quickness, flexibility and comprehensiveness
  3. Establish rules and regulations to guide the performance of internal functions
  1. Employee management and development:
  1. Manage, train and develop employees to achieve departmental goals and maximize departmental resources
  2. Directing and assigning work to staff members under the department
  3. Organize training programs, coordinate with HR department to conduct professional training and soft skills for employees
  4. Participating in recruitment activities, managing and evaluating employee performance
