- Understand and capture the attributes of the company's products (price, packaging, origin...) currently in business.
- Taking care of & building relationships with transferred customers.
- Search, collect product information, decision makers & suppliers of potential customers
- Conduct sample offering & sales planning according to the company's existing product portfolio.
- Understanding customer needs, proposing new product development.
- Maintain existing business relationships, renew orders.
- Contact with customers, take care of customers and record all customer information.
- Drafting the contract after the client has basically agreed. Prepare contract signing procedures.
- Directly perform contract urging, including delivery and invoice procedures.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
- Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to urge the debt, discharge responsibility when the customer completes the payment.
- Researching the market, finding out market information and reporting to the Sales Manager or to the Board of Directors.
- Graduated from University with major in economics.
- At least 03 years of experience working for Korean company.
- Language ability: good at Korean.
