Maintain existing business relationships, take orders; establish
new business relationships by planning and organizing the public calendar
day-to-day dealings with existing business relationships or relationships
other potential business.
- Understand the customer contact process, information complaint handling process,
the process of receiving and handling customer information, fully recorded according to the
form of these procedures
- Contact with customers and record all customer information in
customer contact reports. Report the content of customer contact during the day.
