JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and monitor the indicators of the rooms to ensure the commitment to quality and number of guests attending the event at 5 branches (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Sam Son, Quy Nhon and Ha Long). )

- Participating in recruitment, staff development and personnel management including training, assessing staff performance and arranging work schedules
- Training, retraining, motivating work and developing staff skills; Support to handle situations, train employees on phone communication skills and product skills
