Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support Request for Proposal (RFP) process with US customers, understanding requirements, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Receive purchasing information requests from US customers.
• Buying a wide range of goods and services at competitive prices based on customer requirements.
• Conduct supplier evaluation and evaluation, including interviews, evaluation, and comprehensive assessments to ensure suppliers meet international customer standards.
• Get accustomed to the product design process, including receiving customer design files, translating and sending them to Vietnamese suppliers, supporting in the process of making samples, evaluating samples, and moving into mass production.
• Regularly update information via email/message between customers and suppliers so that the purchasing process goes smoothly and quickly.
• Support contract signing process in both English and Vietnamese. Actively negotiate on behalf of the client
• Receive purchase order requests from customers, and make quotation requests to send to manufacturers.
• Talk directly with US customers to ensure accurate communication of purchase order to suppliers.
• Capability to work closely with logistics partners to support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and LCL, and track shipments to destination.
• Conduct shipment evaluation as necessary to ensure product quality
• Manage progress, time, and delivery schedules.

Skills:

• Fluent English for 4 skills, TOEFL > 80 or equipvalent
• Good logical thinking, capable of multitasking

• Decision making skills, risk management and problem solving capability
• Having knowledge and understanding of international trade and logistics business is a plus
