Job description:
- Welcome guests and consult spa services
- Receive calls, answer information, record customer's appointment booking
- Provide service information to customers in the best way
- Receive complaints and solve them satisfactorily, in a timely manner, or transfer them to management for resolution if it is beyond our ability
- Collect service fees, make summaries, report revenue, number of customers at the end of shift
- Other tasks as required by management
- Working shift: choose a fixed shift, no rotating shift
+ Morning: 09h00 - 18h00
+ Evening: 13h00 - 22h00
- Working place: 33 Thao Dien, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, Thu Duc City

Job requirements:
- Female from 20 years old - 27 years old
- Communicate in English (REQUIRED)
- Agility, good-looking appearance
- Experience in spa industry is an advantage
- No experience required, training and guidance will be provided during the working process
- Have good health, work hard, be diligent
- Enthusiasm, enthusiasm, long-term commitment
