Job description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting via call, email and live chat.
- Handle escalation and follow-up by communicating with internal and external partners.
- Training and developing Japanese customers
Service team.
Team structure:
- Belonging to the company's CS team (English + Japanese team)
- Japanese team working directly with Manager Cus in Japan
- Currently the team has 1 Japanese + 2 Vietnamese
Requirement
- Vietnamese or Japanese (Japanese is preferred)
- Male/Female, under 35 years old
- Japanese N1/2, able to use Japanese fluently, good use of Chinese language
- Have a passion for technology
Must have
- Passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences.
- Native Japanese, deep understanding of Japanese culture, for example: using honorifics
- The ability to sort out how the technology works when something goes wrong
- Good verbal and written communication
- Build good relationships with customers
- Flexible, can grasp customer psychology well
- Have good listening skills
- The virtue of patience and the ability to stay calm under stress
