■ Contents of work:
- Searching, consulting customers and selling the company's products
- Taking care of existing and potential customers
- Realistic market survey, project and competitor research
- Acquire and improve product and market knowledge to advise customers
- Manage sales staff, build and develop team.
- Responsible for training and monitoring the performance of sales staff
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve the sales set by the Company
- Work directly with Japanese boss to develop and implement business plans, customer care programs and propose general policies.
- Report to superiors on the progress and business results of the team
Report to: Japanese boss (Sales team : 6 members : HCM, HN, Da Nang, Hai Phong)
■ Requirements:
- Male/Female (Male priority). 35~45 years old
- Graduated from University or above
- Good use of office computers
- Japanese N2 and above + Basic English
- More than 3 years of sales experience or equivalent position (Preferably with experience in mechanical field)
- Willing to travel domestically and abroad (Japan, Thailand, ...)
- Management experience
- Good communication and able to work under pressure
■Salary: 25~35 mil gross
■Working time: Mon - Sat (8am - 5pm), 1 Saturday off every month
