Request :
- More than 2 years of project management experience (PM, BrSE, IT comtor,...)
- Good communication in Japanese N1~N2
- Basic English communication at work
- Preference will be given to candidates with programming experience
- Consciously recognize the problem & propose Kaizen plan.
- Experience in creating System Design Documents, Development and Test Plans is an advantage.
- Logical thinking & interpretation skills based on facts or figures
- Passion for learning, becoming a high-level BPM, PMO, and PM Expert in a short time

Work content :
▪ Join an actual DevOps (Healthcare/Global Market) project as a professional BPM.
- Especially Healthcare, Fintech, Startup, Games, AR/VR and AI.
- DevOps, Agile is our standard and EnterpriseWaterfall projects.
- We usually work directly with product owners under our policies.
▪ Directly discuss requirements/schedule/system design with Japanese Product Owner.
▪ Daily, weekly and monthly project reports.
▪ Manage project estimates with the team
