Processing
1- Recruitment and training (50%)
- Plan recruitment and team development to achieve set goals
- Regularly interact with RMs to grasp the strengths and aspirations of each RM to have appropriate development directions.
- Organize private Coaching and Training sessions to improve knowledge and soft skills for RMs
- Build a culture of professionalism, friendliness and willingness to support each other.
2- Sales (40%)
- Responsible for managing and proposing solutions and business strategies to ensure team sales targets with Branch Manager.
- Monitor and provide timely solutions for consulting and customer care activities and bring the best benefits to customers.
- Support staff in consulting, caring, introducing and solving customer problems, expanding Nous by Sunlife image coverage to customers.
3- Personal development (10%)
- Participate in company training programs to improve financial knowledge as well as develop management skills
- Complete the conditions of the Direct Team Leader program to advance to the Branch Manager position
- Comply with company principles and policies, build and develop the Nous by Sunlife brand image
- Support events held at the office as well as support customers attending events to expand relationships
