Job Description

1. Job details:
- Manage, supervise and direct all activities of the food department to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Analyze, evaluate and measure the efficiency of production activities and propose appropriate production plans and plans.
- Advise the Board of Directors and propose solutions to improve production processes and improve product quality.
- Monitor and plan production, plan to assign work to employees and adjust arising accordingly to ensure work progress.
- Evaluate the work results and capacity of employees periodically to appoint positions suitable to their capacity.
- Review and approve training plans for departmental personnel to enhance employee experience and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the production process periodically and research and develop to improve the food production process as well as the process and standards for evaluating and checking product quality.
- Build and control food quality management tools at the enterprise effectively and optimally in terms of time and cost.
- Monitoring and inspecting periodic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment for production; receive reports of errors on the production line of employees and coordinate with the technical department to identify and fix errors to ensure operation.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and assist in answering customer inquiries on department-related issues.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors

2. Requirements for qualifications and experience:
- Qualification requirements: trained in Chemical Engineering, Bachelor's degree, training system for 4 years.
- Experience requirements: At least 5 years of experience working in the field of Food Management or in related fields and positions; Experience working in foreign companies is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Japanese languages; Fluent communication and ability to read and understand professional documents on standards and regulations on food safety and hygiene.
- Understanding of food production and processing processes; the process of importing and exporting food products and related legal documents.
- Understanding of regulations and standards on occupational safety and fire safety, food safety and hygiene.
- Good communication skills, problem presentation, easy to understand, working, good team coordination.
- Sensitivity, decisiveness, logical thinking, analytical thinking, good organization; Good time management, organizing and allocating skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate work, motivate employees.
- Have the spirit of self-study and cultivate professional knowledge; develop skills to contribute to the job.
- Have a sense of responsibility, discipline, and work under high pressure.
