Job Description

I. JOB IN RESPONSIBILITY ONLY
1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Train employees to take care of customers according to the company's criteria
  • Actively visit customers during service
  • Resolve customer complaints according to company policy in shift.
  • Implement a plan to improve and enhance customer care services.
2. Quality assurance
  • Ensure product is prepared according to brand standards and guidelines issued in shift.
  • Deploy the plan to use and prepare the goods, ensure enough inventory when needed, avoid product shortages
  • Supervise the receipt, storage, use and handling of goods according to standards
  • Feedback to superiors, related departments on quality and food safety
3. Effective human resource management.
  • Recruiting, interviewing employees according to the allowed schedule
  • Conduct performance reviews, discipline, motivate and train employees
  • Implement training, guidance and development plans for employees under the direction of management
  • Arrange work schedules and timekeeping for employees
  • Observe, learn, analyze the individual capacity of each employee and plan to use it appropriately
  • Ensure that the information channels inside and outside the restaurant are communicated to the team throughout
  • Maintain early shift and end shift meetings with staff
4. Operating operations
  • Support profit and cost control by implementing ANATKV cash/process control, stock control, labor cost
  • Always ensure product quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Carry out and complete administrative procedures and documents in accordance with regulations and accuracy
  • Make daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports when authorized
  • Carry out the maintenance of equipment and facilities through the maintenance plan under the direction of the restaurant manager.
  • Report to management abnormal problems during operation and comply with the handling direction
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of F&B services at least 2 years.
  • Have a spirit of enthusiasm for work, always try to complete the assigned tasks well.
  • Honest, confident and has good communication skills.
  • Have good leadership and organization skills; Ability to be comprehensive and sensitive in work.
  • Willing to take on new tasks requested by the Manager and Board of Directors.
