JOB DUTIES- Establish and maintain close relationships with customers, receive customer comments related to spa activities and respond promptly.
- Manage and operate all activities of the Branch.
- Monitor products and tools used in the spa to ensure profit maximization.
- Propose and implement promotions, new services/products, and preferential policies for customers and employees effectively.
- Manage and supervise Branch staff.
- Monitor spa operating procedures, safety and health standards, quality of products provided and spa services.
- Support staff in customer care work and advise on service packages for customers.
- Training and developing employees, building a cohesive team.
- Propose and come up with ideas to improve related content to develop the spa.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual revenue reports.
- Guide/Directly resolve arising problems, complaints (if any) from customers in the Branch's business activities.
- Ensure facilities are always in adequate and stable condition.
- Develop and implement annual/quarterly/monthly business plans, short-term/long-term promotion programs to promote sales.
- Other tasks as requested by the Department Head.
