- Organize reception, guide, exchange about services, processes, policies ... of Bv with customers and interact to achieve the highest performance in terms of satisfaction when guests come to BV
- Monitor, record, synthesize customer complaints, analyze causes, take corrective and preventive actions and monitor the implementation process.
- Organize and build information channels so that customers can easily access information about BV, services, prices, payment methods...
- Organize customer care activities plan according to standard procedures, continuously find measures to continuously improve the BV's customer care activities to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Periodically evaluate the level and effectiveness of information channels for customers, report to the Board of Directors
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement advertising and promotion programs at the request of the hospital, as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Follow-up appointment schedule, check and urge re-examination, so that the best health care work, customers are satisfied with the hospital's services.
- Professional training, necessary skills, raising awareness and professionalism of staff in the customer care team
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
