JOB DESCRIPTION- Manage and supervise the activities of departments and divisions in the Resort - ensure efficiency, maintain the best quality of service in order to maximize profits.
- Establish service quality standards of the Resort. Organize and run the work of improving the service quality of the Resort to better meet the needs of customers.
- Handling complaints, complaints of guests, problems arising in the Resort that the junior staff cannot solve.
- Directly responsible for budget management, revenue - profit of the Resort.
- Organize recruitment and training of personnel to take on management positions in the Resort.
- Establishing a friendly working environment, ensuring the interests of all Resort employees.
- Presiding over the planning, monitoring activities of equipment procurement, renovation of the Resort.
- Other matters at the request of the Board of Directors
- Male and female Good appearance, good communication. Graduated from the School of Business Administration, Tourism, Hotel....
- Proficient in office computers, knowing how to use foreign languages is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the hotel industry in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position in a 3-star hotel or above.
