- Develop and manage a regional sales team, implement monthly, quarterly and annual business plans to ensure completion of set revenue targets.
- Responsible for building strategies and market development plans in the region to ensure target customer growth.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement brand promotion activities and create demand stimulation programs from customers and internally.
- Monitor & adjust plans, including business activities, number of employees & monthly costs to balance revenue and ensure goals.
- Support staff in the process of approaching customers, offering prices, negotiating and negotiating.
- Investigate, collect and evaluate market data related to the express delivery industry; On that basis, business strategies are adjusted promptly and reasonably.
