- Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly sales strategy and plan for the area in charge.
- Implement sales activities according to the approved plan/decision; Directly directing and allocating sales targets to area personnel in charge
- Inspect, supervise and urge the work of employees under their management.
- Proposing sales programs and activities suitable to business activities
- Make effective customer visits, handle product feedback in the fastest way.
- Participate in the recruitment of regional pharmacists.
- Actively train to improve the capacity of sales staff.
- Prepare reports to analyze business results: sales, market situation analysis, competitors... monthly.
- Manage department reports accurately and timely.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Sales Director.
