- Control all operating costs.
- Recruiting and training staff according to the manual.
- Manage, assign shifts, arrange work for employees.
- Timekeeping and quality control of employees' work.
-Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with other departments
- Ensure quality service delivery according to company standards.
- Receive and handle customer complaints.
- Ensure customer interests.
- Ensure the image and brand of the company.
- Specific work and working hours will be discussed in detail when interviewing with the Board of Directors
REQUEST:
- Female from 24 years old to 28 years old (female only)
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Basic communication skills in English because you will work with a foreign boss.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, hard-working
- Proficient in basic office computer
