A. Job description
Implement and deploy work plans weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly according to the Team's common goals
Regulate individual plans to complete other tasks and coordinate with other departments
Support sales, training, and recruitment of regional pharmacists, responsible for motivating the team to complete targets
Implement activities to find new markets, take care of old customers, increase sales, and ensure profits
Carry out digital sales activities for the entire Team
Responsible for implementing and controlling relevant terms of the Sales Contract, such as: type, contract term, form of compensation, etc.
Control inventory at pharmacies and drugstores
Control and manage risks within the scope of your responsibility
Proactively and coordinate with accountants to resolve debts with customers
Proactively and coordinate with the care department and warehouse to resolve damaged goods and return them to customers
On behalf of the company, proactively take care of customers (Holidays, birthdays, contract termination bonuses, etc.)
Comply with the Company's Rules, Regulations and Procedures
B. Candidate requirements
Male/Female graduated from Intermediate School, College, University
Have at least 1-2 years of experience managing a Pharmacy Representative
Good communication and persuasion skills
Willing to travel and able to work independently
