*Manage enrollment and build business strategy

The English Center's enrollment plan and the English Center's business strategy need to be implemented throughout a long period of time.

Evaluate student learning outcomes

  • Statistics on the number and information of students registered from sources and saved in books and management software.
  • Build a marketing campaign, a central business strategy in phases, each timeline.
  • Regularly update exam results.
  • Classification and placement of classes in accordance with the entrance exam level of students.
  • Store and capture information, qualifications, degrees, records of each teacher.
  • Review the business situation to announce whether or not to recruit new employees.
  • Monitor the teaching process of teachers in each class, course for evaluation.
  • Monitor the working process of each employee at the center.
  • Review and compare information and check the number of teaching hours of teachers.
  • Evaluate KPIs of HR, sales and marketing, and accounting departments to reward and discipline each employee during the year.
  • Through the analyzed data, establish appropriate courses to be taught in the market.
  • Arrange teachers and classrooms, and facilities are tight to ensure that teaching hours and classrooms are not duplicated and still provide enough teaching equipment.
  • Divide students according to the results of each student's entrance test.
  • Track the detailed curriculum plan of each class according to the system of classrooms and shifts.
  • Proposing and evaluating tuition fees for each study program.
  • Confirm and sign salary sheets for teachers.
  • Monitor the daily revenue and expenditure of the center.
  • Overall management of revenue and expenditure for the center's activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate asset depreciation, compare revenue and profit monthly and quarterly.
  • Manage students' grades and learning results through the system and papers.
  • Approve diplomas and certificates for students who have completed the program, and offer to transfer to more advanced classes if necessary.
  • Save information and learning results of each student for each course in each period.
